How we started


Two worlds met when we (Derek, the son of a cheesemonger, and Cindy, who'd been eating plant-based for over 4 years) went on the look out for good cheese alternatives that are better for our health and the environment. One problem: we couldn't find any. 

That's why we decided to make the best plant-based cheeses ourselves. By experimenting with all the goodness that plants have to offer and combining that with traditional cheese making methods, we now develop delicious French style cheeses, just like you know them, but made from plants. 

We are continuously innovating and developing new cheeses and we hope you can get your hands on them soon!
